“When I booked this hotel, it was not called Motel 6. It was listed under a different name. However, when we got there, sure enough, it was Motel 6. The room we were given had a dirty floor, the bedspread had cigarette burn holes, and the room had a bad odor. I went to the person at the desk, explained what the room was like, and asked for a different room. He was very nice and provided us with a new room. “The front desk was very kind. We had to change the room because it wasn't cleaned after the last occupant used it! The second room was not so clean anyway. Bad mattresses were old and uncomfortable: please replace them!!! The bathroom vacuum cleaner was so noisy... The swimming pool was clean and it's a plus if you have time and the weather is right.”
