“Habitación amplia, check in rapido, desayuno continental de calidad. Baño limpio. Buen costo.”

“At face value the hotel was adequate, at best. Yes, there was a bed. It was very unsupportive and saggy. The carpet in the room was filthy. The Jacuzzi jets did not work once while we were there! The pool towels looked like rags they had holes in them. The “heated pool” was freezing cold. There was no lighting on the path, all the way down to the pool area. No lighting at all around the pool itself. All areas of the hotel looked like it could use maintenance and touchup paint or repaint...

“We loved our stay at the beautiful Casita! The view from the porch is breathtaking, as are the stars at night. The space is very comfortable, amenities are generous, and there is art everywhere. Finally our host was so very gracious. We can't wait to come back!”

“No amenities. Outside doors. There’s a gas station next door to get stuff if you need it. The hotel room was very spacious, quiet and spotless. Area hotel is located is safe.”

“All’arrivo in hotel abbiamo scoperto che eravamo stati trasferiti ad un’altra struttura (senza ben precisare il motivo, nè anticiparci la cosa via telefono/email/altro): il nuovo resort, pur essendo della medesima classificazione, si trova dall’altro lato della città (lontano da dove volevamo stare), manca di svariati servizi e non è nelle stesse condizioni di manutenzione. Avremmo apprezzato un preavviso con magari una proposta di rimborso o la scelta tra 2 strutture!”
