Hotel LGBTQIA+ a Camp Verde

“At face value the hotel was adequate, at best. Yes, there was a bed. It was very unsupportive and saggy. The carpet in the room was filthy. The Jacuzzi jets did not work once while we were there! The pool towels looked like rags they had holes in them. The “heated pool” was freezing cold. There was no lighting on the path, all the way down to the pool area. No lighting at all around the pool itself. All areas of the hotel looked like it could use maintenance and touchup paint or repaint...

“This property needs a serious upgrade. The ice machine leaked, the carpet was dirty and had a strange order. We stayed an extra day ( not by choice) because I did not give them enough notice that I wanted to leave. We suffered through and got out the next morning a much better hotel ( see last few pics) The breakfast was kinda a joke..not good. The only reason why I gave it any stars is because of the staff!! Kudos to them. They made a bad situation palatable. My hat is off to them for doing a...

“All’arrivo in hotel abbiamo scoperto che eravamo stati trasferiti ad un’altra struttura (senza ben precisare il motivo, nè anticiparci la cosa via telefono/email/altro): il nuovo resort, pur essendo della medesima classificazione, si trova dall’altro lato della città (lontano da dove volevamo stare), manca di svariati servizi e non è nelle stesse condizioni di manutenzione. Avremmo apprezzato un preavviso con magari una proposta di rimborso o la scelta tra 2 strutture!”

“The room was clean, however the fridge was old and constantly made noise which made it difficult to get a good nights sleep. They are also remodeling some of the units, which we happen to be in that section. So a number of parking spots were filled with old furniture and construction trucks. The location was great, I would call it the quiet side of Sedona. Check in was quick and the staff was nice.”
