“Host answered promptly to any questions. It was a beautiful location. There was firewood outside with a place to sit and have a fire. Unfortunately, it rained so we couldn’t do that. There was even chocolate and marshmallows inside. The home itself was very comfortable. I would put extra blankets as the blankets are thin and it was cold and wet outside. The rooms heat will adjust but we enjoy cooler with blankets. Bunk bed needs railing for safety on top. Also, the mattresses on the bunkbed...

“Very beautiful brand new cabin. Really awesomely built and nestled in the woods on the hill side. We went hiking through the woods and found the lake about 10 min away. There is a really cool “tiny waterfall” at the bottom of the hill. Poor cell phone service was actually a blessing we took a “digital detox” away from phones and reconnected with nature. There is WiFi however it’s that’s essential for you. Highly recommend!! ”

The cabin was stocked well enough that we could cook a little breakfast in the morning and head off to Mammoth Cave for some hiking during the day. Really happy I found this spot.
