“While the property and facilities are old, the room itself was clean, free of smells, shower had nice water pressure, and the AC unit worked well. Its not a luxury hotel by any means, but I would stay again.
I always sleep with ear plugs so it didn't bother me, but be aware that you can hear the traffic from the road. But I did not hear any noises from neighboring rooms.
Breakfast was just okay but was sufficient for our needs (e.g. waffle maker, egg whites, sausage, cereal, yogurt, and...
