We had a great time, but our reservation was for a king size bed, we got in our room and it was two queen size, not exactly a way to celebrate a wedding anniversary. “The front desk clerk at check-in worked with me sooooo well. I had not realized that there were no stairs within this particular location and there for did not request a first floor room. She took my mobility issues into consideration as well as the needs of my traveling companion (she is disabled) and found us a first-floor room. GREAT customer service. She made sure our needs as the guest were fulfilled. While I did not partake in the breakfast, Gina did. Again, the staff was amazingly...
