“The atmosphere is really great, but I did find our room to be dirty. I did my own wipe down of the surfaces due to stuck on food and crumbs, there was also hair in the bed. Staff is very friendly though! Just wish they were more diligent to keep things properly clean.”

“This hotel is extremely noisy. You can see the hallway light through the gap under the door and you can hear every single noise in the hallway. You can also hear every conversation through the walls and any noise above. The hotel pool completely bleached my swimsuit from purple to white and caused itchy burning skin for several days. “The bath towels were the size dish towels. Was hard to towel off after shower. There were no towels at the pool. The pool with water slide was freezing cold. Maybe heater was broken? There was mold on bottom of our shower curtain in our bathroom, I found the beds pretty uncomfortable, like maybe I could feel the springs putting pressure on body parts.I don’t get much sleep. “Amazing hotel! The pool was great. Walking distance from the Lethbridge Bulls baseball stadium. Which was awesome. Denny’s located in the hotel was great. If I’m even in Lethbridge again I will be staying there for sure.”

“This is the only hotel that I have stayed at in the last 10 years that took the time to call your room about 15 minutes after check in to see if everything was good and if you needed help with anything. As it was, the TV was being a bit difficult and went into a software update that we didn't know what to do with. “Friendly staff, quick breakfast dogs can stay”

“This was not a comfortable place to stay. It felt old and uncared for, and they only had a thin wool blanket on the bed, and three small pillows (1/2 size) for 2 people. Staff were friendly and customer service was good.”
