“Does NOT have a pool, does NOT provide breakfast. See photo of the sign posted as well; but the pool is permanently closed. The ice machine is "temporarily" out of service, but the notice stating this looks like it had been up for a couple of months. They say the rates are lower for not having a pool anymore, and they offer to give you a refund if you don't want to stay - knowing that most people are not going to hassle with finding a new place and having to pay last-minute rates. “Overall the hotel was nice. I wished it had a pool, but the other amenities were pretty nice. I had an issue with my room where the A/C wouldn’t come on and there were fly knats in the window, but the staff immediately helped me out and my next room was great. Clean, with working A/C.”

“The staff is excellent! Each of the women at the front desk went out of their way to be helpful! On the other hand, I think that when you claim a refrigerator and microwave, the refrigerator should be big enough to hold food with the door closed and the microwave should rotate without sticking and stopping. Potential customers should be told at the time of booking that Rooms booked through online outside sites will mean needing to pay for the breakfast that’s advertised.”

“I went to my room and the door stuck I had to pull it to close it so they gave me another room it was fine but the day I was about to leave I saw some roaches coming out the lobby the carpet wasn't clean and the floor was uneven”

“The location was great. The staff was amazing. The restaurant and breakfast food was great. However, The beds were horrible. The mattresses were sorn so much that all you felt was springs and dips in the matress. The pillows flattened down to nothing. My sleep was interrupted many times because I was uncomfortable as was my wife. My son and his family had the sam experience in their room. Also, the bathroom had a pocket door that was cut so crooked that it would not lock. I will be choosing...
