Talking to neighbour Lance was also fascinating as he carefully renovates next door in keeping with the Grade II listing. Ideal for special celebrations. Kitchen well-equipped. “Clean comfortable cottage, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, have used this cottage before and will prob use again only down side is parking but that is Brixham. ”

“Lovely guesthouse that has been updated but still has kept its beautiful character. The owners Carl & Tace were so friendly from the get-go and we really liked our room, especially the bed itself, how clean it was and the location. You’re really close to the centre, sea and a nice little park/gardens opposite. Carl & Tace kindly let me keep my wheelchair in the hallway too which really saved us having to keep putting it back in the car when going out. We also really appreciate that we were...
