“Decent hotel, Excellent shuttle bus service and friendly drivers. Reception staff not a Welcoming behaviour, Housekeeping staff not much helpful while checkout, not a greeting staffs. I thought Hotel is non-smoking, but when we check in room 203 was strong odour smoke smell, room carpet bit dirty. we stayed 10days eventhough told to change bed cover pillow cover, housekeeper never bothered to change it.Apart from shuttle service and decent size rooms, all staffs need to be updated, Sorry to say...

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel – it is very family-oriented and welcoming. The staff speak Arabic and Urdu, which made communication smooth and comforting for us. “Staffs were very helpful. We got a room next to noisy busy street. After raising the issue staff moved into other rooms straightaway. We had two kids and stayed 4 nights. We used our own taxi to move around . We got a recommendation of a great driver who was nice person . Room was spacious. Kettle cord was very inconvenient position, very difficult to use. “False advertisement that property is less than 1km from masjid nabvi.(haram). They lie about property location 17km away. We cancelled the booking and got fully refund from expedia. Please be aware booking in mecca and medina. Hotels are faraway they send you property address later and blame expedia. Anyhow first makesure hotel address or location is correct.”

“Great hotel, location and staff! Only down side is they have mostly king size beds and I traveled with my mom so I needed two beds. They shifted me to a no view room, which had more beds. Location is perfect for my mom as ladies gate close by ”
