"this was our worst experience , we showed up at the gate and no one available for our check-in . only a guest answered & we tried to reach the owner without any success. we had to find another place to stay NOT RECOMMENDED & ASKING FOR THE FULL REFUND . how do we proceed for reimbursement "

"There was no place to check in. I went to the door that indicated it was a real estate office, which was the closest thing to an office. No one answered. Went three different times trying to get in. They have boarded windows. Never did see the inside of the place."

"I wemt to Pignola on a discovery trip. My great grandparents emigrated from this city many years ago. I've always felt a closeness to Italy and decided to visit.
