Welcome to Cedar Ridge, a secluded family-friendly cabin in Campton, KY, just a short drive from the adventures of Red River Gorge. Tucked in a peaceful wooded setting, Cedar Ridge gives you the best of both worlds—quiet and privacy at the cabin, with quick access to the Gorge’s trails, climbing, lakes, and local favorites.

The Space
Designed for up to 6 guests, Cedar Ridge blends warm, lodge-style comfort with modern convenience—perfect for families or small groups. Inside you’ll find:

Sleeping:
King bed in the master bedroom
Twin bunks in the second bedroom
Queen bed in the loft

Living Area:
A beautiful great room with soaring vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, and space for everyone to gather and unwind.

Kitchen:
A full gourmet kitchen with gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and everything you need for family meals and easy cooking.

Bathrooms:
2.5 bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of room and comfort during your stay.

Comfort Extras:
Heating & A/C year-round, starter essentials provided, and a spacious layout built for relaxing after a day outdoors.

Outdoor Experience
Step outside and enjoy the quiet of the woods surrounding Cedar Ridge. The cabin is designed for making memories—whether you’re sipping coffee on the porch or coming back from the trails.

Note: This property is in a heavily wooded area, so nature sounds and wildlife are part of the experience.

Resort Amenities
Guests enjoy access to Lux in the Gorge shared features, including:

Man-made pond & dock with water gear

Laundry area with shared washer/dryers for pondside cabins

Game Room Access: You will have access to the resort game room, a fun shared space for relaxing after hiking or enjoying a rainy-day break.
The game room includes pool, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, and more, and is open daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 midnight.
The game room is located about a quarter mile away from the cabin.

Privacy & Safety
You’ll have full access to the entire cabin. Check-in is simple and begins at 4:00 PM, with check-out at 11:00 AM. Our team is always available through the Airbnb app if you need anything during your stay.

Helpful Notes
No smoking indoors (outside only—please dispose properly).

No pets are allowed to keep the home allergy-friendly.

No parties, events, or large gatherings.

The cabin is in a rural wooded area—occasional weather or power interruptions can happen. We’ll assist quickly, but some conditions are outside our control.
If your stay includes a hot tub: it’s a top amenity and serviced regularly, but rare mechanical issues may occur in remote areas, and refunds aren’t issued for temporary downtime.

Gas fireplace is disabled April 15–October 15.

Cedar Ridge is home away from home hidden in the mountains.

We were lucky to be able to book cedar ridge last minute when a previous booking fell apart. The pictures looked amazing but did not even do it justice to how beautiful this home is in person. Everything is new and up to date. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen, the most amazing shower in the master bath, comfy beds in every room, and a very cool loft space that was perfect for my 14 yr old son. High end front loading washer and dryer were a bonus after hiking in the heat all day. We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciate you opening your beautiful home to us. We will for sure be back!
