Thank you so much for your feedback Gaynor. I am very sorry that the noise during your stay was so bad. During dance season we do have a lot of children come in during the week. We do ask that they quiet down during the quiet times and have security do rounds to make sure they are not disturbing other guests. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and we will work with our security team to alleviate more noise issues in the future by doing more frequent checks when we get complaints.
