“Le Scotsman est un hôtel forminable. Leur propriétaire sont des gens qui font cela avec leur coeur. Les chambres sont vonfortable. Leur produits de toilettes comme gel douche et shampoing sont de hautes game. Le Scotsman a une tradition d'offrir un verre de vin (blanc ou rouge) a leur invité sur la. terrace pour socialise. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et cela a été un bijou de découverte un gros merci encore une fois pour cet bel accueil”

“Beautiful space!! Spacious room (2 bedrooms and private bath) with comfortable beds and pressed sheets. Artistic touches - handmade quilts, paintings, crafts made by the owners and their children. Breakfast was a show stopper - baked stuffed croissants and Dutch babies covered in fresh berries and cream. Thanks to Art and Martha they are truly fantastic hosts!”

“It’s a shame that this inn lacks investment and renovation. The owner works hard and tries her best but the establishment is in need of modernization. Musty smell from the old carpets, old bathrooms and badly locking doors. I felt that I didn’t get value for money compared to the other inns and bed & breakfasts we stayed in during our time in Nova Scotia. This was probably the most expensive but the least value. “This was the perfect, homey stay while on a long road trip far away from home. Kim is extremely welcoming and friendly. The property is very well maintained and in excellent shape - very comfortable. Kim went out of her way to allow me to check in early when I arrived ahead of schedule. 10/10 would stay here again.”

“We were met at the B&B by Mike, one of the two friendly owner/hosts, a lovely couple from South Africa. He made my husband and I feel welcome and at ease after a difficult drive through very heavy rain. We discussed Parrsboro, the theatre that night, eating as plant based vegans. Mike was knowledgeable, positive and immediately told us not to worry he'd have breakfast ready at their usual 08:30 to 09:30 time.
