“The staff at the front desk were great, very helpful and courteous. The overall condition of the building...the room was clean, but looked like it could use a little paint. The hallway carpets need replacing or deep cleaned. Other than that my stay was nice. I got the sleep I needed. The room was very quiet as well.”

“It was on a beautiful property with the backdrop of the mountains. It was clean, the front desk guy was very nice. The free breakfast was very good and they made eggs and omelettes to order in addition to the buffet. I was traveling with my dog and It was wonderful to stay at a hotel this nice that was pet friendly. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The Lodge was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was large. We loved having the restaurant available to us, especially since all other eating establishments closed very early, and the food was good. We enjoyed the outside patio and the location was perfect for us. We would definitively stay there again next time we visit Mount Lemon.”

“We had a problem with our door key/locking mechanism and the desk was not helpful in resolving the problem. They wanted us to move from a Lahni upper pool view suite to a lower regular room facing a rock wall with zero compensation for the large downgrade in room. They would not call in a maintenance technician to replace the battery in the door. I got tools from my car opened the door mechanism, cleaned the battery contacts and the door worked fine. This took 2.5 hours ruined our dining plans...

“From check-in to check out, staff was wonderful. Check-in person was friendly, explained the motel amenities, and got us out quickly.
The room itself was acceptably clean (carpet was in decent shape) and the bathroom had been updated. Beds were comfortable and clean.
We were missing not only a hair dryer but also a shower curtain - both were brought up to us (how do you forget about a shower curtain?).
AC was off when we arrived but cooled down the room sufficiently within a reasonable...
