“We were in the Event Center, and the bathrooms were disgusting. We would go back to our room on Saturday. Sunday we had to check out at 11am; and using the bathroom was horrendous. I don’t know why they didn’t have event staff checking on them every so often”

“I was kind of worried when I got in the shower. When I pulled the knob to release the shower water, the whole faucet seemed like it was going to come out of the wall. Bring your own tissues, unless you like the sheet paper kind. Had to get the 1’s from my car.
The breakfast and staff in the dining room get 5stars ! Bed was comfy. Could have used another chair in our room. Plenty of heat. ”

“The Hampton Inn Heath is overall very good. I have just two minor quibbles. The first is that in-room microwaves are available rather than standard. It seems that they have to be specifically requested in advance. The second is that the placement of the soap dispenser in the bathroom is frankly bizarre and may be very awkward for shorter people. I should also note that the hotel is directly in the landing path of the nearby regional airport. Fortunately, we were not able to hear any planes...
