Beds were new and supportive. Room was well cleaned. Continental breakfast was subpar compared to other Days Inn Windham locations I’ve stayed at.

The breakfast was incredibly limited and the eating area and the check in desk are literally the same small area. My husband went next door to Dunkin. So if you are planning on utilizing the breakfast option don’t plan on having much to pick from. The hotel itself was fine for the price and it’s right off the highway so it was fine for our overnight stop just passing through.

Hallway smelt like stale cigarettes. The bed was very comfortable but was not a true queen size. More like a full.. Could have used 2 cups instead of the one provided amd soap as well.

A good choice
This is our go-to spot when visiting Canastota. It is clean and quiet, and newly renovated. We have always had a good experience here.

Front desk staff was very helpful. I left an item behind and the morning front desk person went to check the room. I am must appreciative. Bed was nice; pillow was weird.

the stay was great convient but it was a very funny experiance due the fact you just got new beds our bed made a banging sound when you got on or off and also moving the young lady can in and inspected it and kindly got us another room I found it just so funny would recomend to stay there thank you

It might be worth $50, not 200 I wouldn't have stayed if I wasn't so tired and everything else was booked.

Old and tired. Nasty breakfast choices. Very helpful night clerk (Michelle), but otherwise, not much to smile about. An outpost in the outback.

The staff were pretty chill and they do allow a late check-out. (I stayed 7 days) and had a 16hr drive back home.

Excellent proximity to 90. The hotel was just fine. Not fancy but clean. The breakfast was very simple but glad to have coffee made and several items available.

Very nice.
Didn't interact with the staff too much but they were very friendly. Room was clean and quiet. 3rd time we've stayed there.

Room is Filthy! Missing smoke detector! The safety lock broken off. Carpets in the hall ways are disgusting. Don't even consider breakfast.

Not a metropolitan place, but what a find
The motel is located right off the NYS thruway and had better prices than other similar brand and style lodgings in the central NY corridor. The staff was amazing-- they moved us to another room so we didn't have to haul luggage up stairs. Dog friendly, too, and put in a decent room versus the dog owner room that's an insult. Routinely recommend a local bar & grille we learned that had outstanding food and service, too.

Clean hotel with cold breakfast
Well maintained, good smelling hotel. Skip the free cold breakfast and walk to the Dunkin Donuts in the parking lot.

Very dissatisfied
When I checked in, I was charged $80 more than I had been told my entire stay would cost. I inquired about the over charge and I was told that it was a hole that they put on my card but I would be receiving that back. They didn’t know exactly when that would depend on my bank.. there is no reason why I can understand that they would overcharge me. There is nothing stocked in your refrigerator. There are barely things in there that one needs shampoo. I used your blow dryer after about a minute it quit working on me. I called to ask for towels, more towels, and I was told that if I brought my dirty ones down at the front desk, they would give me clean ones too, which I asked her to bring the clean ones up to me on the first floor to reach there was a staircase that had to be walked, and I recently had surgery on my ankle and walking up and down. Those steps was not easy or convenient for me. She did bring the clean towels up and took the dirty towels with her but the fact that she asked me to do her job was ridiculous , the bathroom tub the floor of the tub was dirty there’s not a single drawer in the room with which to unpack my suitcase and put things in a drawer. I will never come back to your hotel and the $80 will be credited back to my card quickly, I have stayed at many hotels over the last couple of years traveling with my son to different colleges. He got a full ride scholarship at Colgate in Hamilton. New York will be coming to your area often I will not return there.
