“This place was in a nice quiet area. We didn't pay very much each night for our stay. However the place smelled very musty. The bed was like sleeping on a board. The worst bed we have ever slept on. Also our bath tub was clogged and wouldn't drain properly so we weren't able to us the bath tub. This place definitely some modernization.”

“The property was undergoing construction. We were disappointed with no indoor pool or hot tub. However we were upgraded to a suite. Did not receive housekeeping. A breakfast would have been great”

“upon arrival the outside was beautiful, and the building/plants were well maintained. but after entry we were greeted by the owner who awkwardly changed our room we paid for (first floor) to a basement (apparently he had double booked the room) which was not great at all. The smell was musky and moldy (from what we assume was improper treatment of exposed brick?) The kitchen sink was spitting up dirt. The bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain. There were multiple spider webs...

“I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a full kitchen with a gas stovetop. Instead, I was given a room with only a kitchenette. As I am traveling with my family and child and we are pure vegetarians, the kitchen was essential for preparing our meals. This has caused significant inconvenience, that's why it's terrible experience. I am unhappy with the service and request a full refund to my original payment method.”
