The staff were great...especially Arnel! It's too bad that the there's no free parking, but there is street parking within a block or two of the hotel (David and Verdun). There a large construction site on the east side of the hotel, but I asked and received a quiet room. Not a lot of restaurants around. Great stay though!

The hotel has all you need for a quite overnight stay. The breakfast was nice and fresh. It was disappointing that there was building work right outside our bedroom window so it was very noisy early in the morning.

Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. Way stayed there to be close to a family friend and didn't explore the area around the hotel very much except to walk to our friend's place, which was always a nice stroll through a residential area and nice park.

The staff were very helpful and lovely but the rooms are absolutely filthy the bath rooms are so bad I had to go but bleach to clean it first before showering

Staff were super friendly & helpful, give them an A Shower could do with a better clean, lot of soap scum build up so grout was orange. Would not take much to clean this up. Bed was comfortable so all in all a good place to stay.

The car park facility is not clearly mentioned until we entered the lift notice after parking in a nearly fully book public carpark (actually we can part along street for free during public holiday. The boiling pot is very dirty and have water inside when we want to use it.😅😨

No fuss, booking is quick and painless. Friendly staff. The only downside is that the restaurant closed for renovation during my stay. Would have been nice to know to have the choice to book elsewhere for the convenience of having a restaurant and bar at the staying location. However, the two-day stopover was very comfortable would stay again when in the neighborhood.

It’s a great hotel but there is nothing surroundings within quick walking distance. Restaurant was temporarily closed when we were there. Some minor stain on carpet. Overall great stay!

Just off the light rail stop from the city center area. Room was clean and quiet despite a school group of 10-12 year olds. On-site dining wasn’t ready or available during our stay but the staff did what they could to accommodate us. Thank you

Great short-term accommodation
Hotel was modern, staff friendly and helpful, and rooms were clean. However, when plugging my charger cord into the wall behind the bedside table I saw a dirty tissue on the floor behind the bedside table. Not a big deal, but obviously cleaners are not looking behind there. Otherwise, can't fault the cleanliness.
