We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Cancale, this charming house in which is the lodging Rogonde of a surface of 50 m ² and being able to accomodate 2 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 37 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a shared garden of about 320 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation on the garden level and accessible through a private entrance is composed as follows:
- A 37 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A shower room with shower and WC.

Outside :
- A beautiful shared, unfenced garden of 320 m².

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The gîte is ideally situated in Cancale, which is a remarkable site of taste and famous for its oysters and shellfish, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
