Located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, the flat is as follows

- Separate bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).

- The beach of Port Mer is 2 kilometres away.
- A few metres away, you will find the beautiful shops of Olivier Roellinger.

- The restaurants of the swell, facing the bay of Mont Saint Michel, are 10 minutes away on foot.
