**Les Petits Pas – Holiday home with large garden in Cancale**

Bienvenue aux Petits Pas, a single-storey house located in the quiet area of Terrelabouët, in Cancale.

With a surface area of 75 m², it can comfortably accommodate four people, with family or friends.

The house comprises:

• a bright living-dining room;
• a bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm bed;
• a bedroom with two beds of 80 × 200 cm, which can be joined together to form a bed of 160 × 200 cm;
• a fully equipped kitchen;
• a separate bathroom and toilet;
• a large private garden of 1,000 m² with deckchairs, hammock and barbecue available

For families with young children, a travel cot and two booster seats are available.

Linen is provided: sheets, towels and dish towels. End-of-stay cleaning remains the responsibility of the tenants. An end-of-stay cleaning package is also available for a price of €80.

The house is ideally located to discover the must-sees of the region:

• the port of La Houle and its restaurants 1.8 km away (25 minutes on foot);
• the beaches and the centre of Cancale;
• the customs officers' path (GR34)
• the Pointe du Grouin;
• Saint-Malo;
• Mont-Saint-Michel.

Les Petits Pas have been designed as a place where you can slow down the pace, enjoy the sea air and recharge your batteries during a stay on the Emerald Coast.
