Questo delizioso cottage è a pochi minuti da Down Town Asheville, Biltmore Estate

Il nostro cottage è arroccato su un incantevole crinale di 14 acri circondato da alberi e natura. Una bella vista sulle montagne può essere ammirata tutto l'anno dai ponti, dal patio e da diverse aree salotto. Vi è abbondanza di uccelli canori e farfalle che condividono il tranquillo patio / giardino zen situato a pochi passi dalla porta sul retro. Ci sono due ponti per grigliate e cene all'aperto. Questa bella casa per le vacanze è l'ideale per un piccolo gruppo, un ritiro per coppie, una famiglia con bambini o una fuga romantica da condividere con una persona speciale nella tua vita. Questo adorabile cottage di montagna con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni è arredato con gusto. Dispone di una spaziosa cucina full-size ben attrezzata e comprende un forno a microonde e una lavastoviglie. C'è una sala da pranzo separata, un soggiorno con TV HD e un'accogliente tana con un camino a legna indipendente. Il cottage può ospitare fino a 6 adulti e dispone di 2 posti letto aggiuntivi per bambini.
Il giardino / patio è ben curato con una fontana, illuminazione esterna, pozzo del fuoco e ha anche uno spazio per giochi all'aperto. È completamente recintato per la sicurezza dei bambini piccoli. Il giardino è ben illuminato, quindi può essere apprezzato anche la sera. Se ascolti da vicino puoi sentire i gufi urlare appena dopo il tramonto. Le stelle e la luna sembrano così luminose nei pacifici cieli scuri delle montagne circostanti. Non rimarrete delusi in questa casa di montagna in fuga.

Beautiful property- the garden and firepit areas were lovely. It was very secluded but still a quick 4-ish minute drive to a dollar store, and 15-20 minutes to downtown Asheville. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Thanks for having us!!

WINTER STAY NEAR ASHEVILLE

I cannot say enough good things about this cozy cabin on the hilltop with a beautiful view. Fully stocked with all you need for cooking cleaning and comfort. This is our 4th stay and will continue to be our go to home near Asheville.

Biltmore getaway

Very nice and cozy home.Enjoyed building a fire in the woodstove. Beautiful view from front of home. The house had everything we could have needed.. My only complaint would be that a couple of the beds were less than comfortable but overall a great place to stay .

Wonderful Ashville Get-Away

Cathy's home is a cozy property with a beautiful view, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and several areas for relaxed conversation. There is a lovely side garden area that would be wonderful in warmer months.We would definately stay again.

Nice Girls' Weekend

I stayed here with two friends. We each had a comfortable bedroom and there were two baths. We enjoyed the different outdoor living spaces very much. There's a great firepit with mountain views, a sweet garden space, and two porches with picnic tables. We had all the basics for cooking, including both electric and charcoal grills. I would return.

Beautiful Property

We had a very nice stay on this beautiful property. We enjoy relaxing out on the deck with beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. The kitchen and house was stock nicely with everything that we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. This rental was everything we wanted and more. Perfect place for a family or friends get together. We would highly recommend it and with it being out of town it was still a short hop skip and a jump into West Asheville.

Yepper! And the view on a clear day is Spectacular! On a rainy day you are literally surrounded by clouds. An unbelievably great experience. Once inside the cabin is furnished with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The living room, dining area and bedrooms are very comfortable. There are not enough positive words available to describe Cathy Moores HOSPITALITY!

Fantastic getaway

We took a family trip to the area which we love to visit. Close to Asheville and trails. The house was so nice for our stay, well equipped and plenty of space. Stayed in at night and enjoyed the fireplace! We would definitely return:)

Beautiful View

We were there to go to surrounding areas and for the beautiful views. It did not disappoint. We would sit on the front porch drinking coffee and marvel at the sunrise through the trees and the beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was very comfortable and clean.

Weekend at Biltmore

Everything was fine,the only issue we had was getting the Roku tv pin to add our app for the football game . We did have to cut our trip short because of an emergency back home. The fire pit would have been nice to sit around.

Very nice property

My friends and I had a great experience staying at Owls Perch. The directions to get to the house were easy to follow and spot on. We arrived when it was dark outside and it was so nice that the owners have lights on the fence and porch so it was easy to see and get in. The house was very nice and clean and had all the amenities you need. My friends were especially appreciative of the Keurig and coffee provided. There was also wood for the fire pit. If you have a reason to be near Asheville and Hendersonville, it’s a great place to stay.

Blissfully perfect!

The Owl's Perch sits atop a mountain with a gorgeous view of Cold Mountain. Three bedrooms and two baths. The location is perfect for visiting Asheville, the Biltmore Estate and Winery and the Blue Ridge Mountains. We drove up Mt. Mitchell and did some hiking along the many trails. A trip to Black Mountain was very nice. Cathy, the property manager, at the Owl's Perch, was available for any issues during our stay. This place is beautifully located and remarkably spacious. There were three of us on vacation and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was great and we loved the cozy living room and comfortable beds. I would come back in a heartbeat! VRBO is awesome!!

Cancelled upon check-in

The cabin was as described in the listing and pictures. Unfortunately, mice droppings were found on and underneath the bed in the primary bedroom, and additional droppings were found on the couch when we checked in. We contacted Cathy and she told us a mouse had been caught recently and the area cleaned before our arrival. She allowed us to cancel our reservation. We worked with VRBO staff to find another rental in the area.

Great location

Location of the property was great, the place was cute, clean and quiet. Beautiful view. Not happy that they make you clean dishes and wash towels before you leave, after all the money we paid for housekeeping. Plus we were leaving at 10:05 instead of 10 and there was already someone checking that we left.
