Some simple rules to make your stay comfortable, safe, and memorable:
⏱ Arrival & Departure
• Check-In: 4:00 PM EST | Check-Out: 10:00 AM EST
• Primary Guest: Must be 25+. Name on reservation must match the credit card and government-issued ID.
• Booking guest must be present at check-in.

🔕 Noise, Parties & Smoking
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect neighbors and maintain a serene environment.
• No parties or large events allowed. Violations may result in fines up to $10,000
• Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside or outside. $500 fine applies
• Parking at property (~6 vehicles). All vehicles parked on street will be towed at guest expense

🔥 Outdoor Use & Safety
• Fire Pit: Use only firewood provided. Adult supervision required at all times. Never leave fire unattended.
• Pool Area: No diving. No glass near the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.
• Natural Surroundings: The property spans 2 acres. Some areas have uneven terrain—please supervise young children when exploring.
• Grills: Please turn off propane after use. Keep children away when in use.

🐶 Pet Policy
• Pre-approved dogs only – up to 2 allowed per stay
• $250 pet fee per stay (covers both dogs) • Dog bed & bowls provided
• Unauthorized pets will incur a $1,000 fine • Any damage or excessive cleaning from pets will be charged separately and fairly

🔐 Security & Damage
• Security Cameras: Two active exterior cameras (main entrance & driveway/parking area). No indoor monitoring.
• Noise Monitoring: Decibel-monitoring device installed outdoors only to detect excessive noise during quiet hours (9:00 PM – 8:00 AM). Does not record audio. Used solely to ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and protect neighbors’ peace.
• Murals & Decor: Please do not damage our hand-painted murals.
• Rental Agreement & Security Deposit Hold required. The hold is released within 7 days of checkout.

• Smart TVs are in every bedroom and shared area. Please log in with your own streaming accounts.
• Pool is seasonal, typically closed during late fall and winter for guest safety.
