“very well managed hotel. generally quiet relaxing atmosphere. optimal location close enough to main street with a multitude of restaurants and shops (5 minutes walk), but also directly adjacent to the beach with endless options of beach shacks. clean and well furnished rooms with comfortable bed and bedding. very friendly and helpful staff and excellent service. good breakfast buffet. wifi works well. overall a great experience! would return here anytime. ”

“It was next to a building site, lots of noise. Public toilets on ground floor were very dirty no tissues, no soap. Most nights the food was not on time. Food was good. You get what you pay for. Our room was clean .the staff was friendly. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “L'hotel e' molto bello e non tradisce le aspettative da questo punto di vista. E' immerso in un meraviglioso giardino tropicale con piante di ogni tipo e un sentiero di 100 mt porta direttamente alla spiaggia di Colva, dove pero' l'hotel non ha alcun tipo di servizio se non il telo mare. Non ci sono lettini, ombrelloni, bar...nulla! In tal modo diventa impossibile usufruire della spiaggia. Anche il ristorante lascia un po' a desiderare. Non c'e' molta scelta e sono di una lentezza esasperante!...

“La struttura e' buona non adatta a soggiorni di relax per lo svolgersi di eventi che hanno luogo nellatea della piscina e sotto le canere. Rumore assordante per i lavori di allestimento dalle 5.30 del mattino a tardo pomeriggio. Musica oltre i decibel consentiti. Nessun controllo di staff dedicato alle urladei bambini e degli adulti in atra piscina. Spiaggia e mate deludenti.breakfast con grande show off ma qualita' da villaggio turistico. Nin viene servito tra l'altro succo d'arancia....
