“Room was very clean and comfortable. It was a nice quiet place and the continental breakfast was convenient. We would definitely stay again.”

“It was a cool historical building that was very nice inside. We had the down stairs room it was spacious but the carpet did smell a little old and musty. I would stay there again in a differ room with no carpet in it.”

“The room was dirty & unkept . The bed sheets in room 5 ( April 9, 2026 ) were NOT replaced prior to our arrival. When my wife & I were about to get in bed for the night we saw that the sheets contained someones grittiness . Who in the hell wants to crawl into that ? My wife was disgusted . It's MY WIFE ! “Stayed for 1 night as a stop of a road trip with my puppy and husband. Tje hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was huge and bed was very comfortable. Made traveling with my dog so easy and relaxing. ”

“Room was clean, temp was good, water was hot. No issues with the staff and the breakfast was good. Most of the outlets in my room were loose and did not charge my phone.”

“Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”
