The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment with a swimming pool for rent in the town of Canet-en-Roussillon. It has a surface area of 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom. You can enjoy a garden of approximately 10 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic) included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and hob
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A shared, secure, unheated swimming pool, open from June 1 to September 30
- A 19 m² terrace with furniture and parasol
- A 10 m² garden to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Canet-en-Roussillon, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment, a 5-minute walk from the beach. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Various activities such as the “Oniria” aquarium, the beach, beach clubs, a superb mini-golf course, boat and jet ski rentals, parasailing, tennis/padel, hiking, numerous bike trails, swimming pool, skiing in winter, tourist activities all year round.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private outdoor parking lot in front of the residence (1 vehicle) or in nearby public parking lots.

For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Perpignan, about 9 miles (16 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Perpignan, about 10 miles (19 min by car)
- You will have access to a bus line in front of the residence

Other remarks:
- The nearest beach is about 2 km from the accommodation (5 min by car, 30 min on foot)
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made to our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.

- Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €15/stay (only one pet allowed). Please specify this when booking.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. The pool opening dates are not contractual and are subject to change. Subject to favorable weather conditions.
