We enjoyed our stay at Legong Keraton very much!!! Beautiful Bali beach hotel with gorgeous ocean views for sunsets, surfing, swimming and strolling. Kind and courteous staff who made every effort to accommodate our needs. Excellent spa services, carefully tended gardens, grounds, pool and rooms. Good & nice looking hotel garden. Perfect for if you like to party, it’s next to Finns and other big beach clubs. During the night you hear loud music. Breakfast was also good! Maintenance was okay

Had a great time at the hotel! Literally 1 min to Finns Beach club. The staff were very friendly and cooperative. We had to leave our luggage after checkout for a few hours and they were very accommodating. Great access to the beach, taxis, scooter hiring. You can hear the music from Finns but it wasn’t too bad. Would definitely recommend.

직원들이 매우 친절함. 위치가 해변바로앞이라 석양이 멋짐. 수영장은 깊고 넓음. 바로옆에 핀스클럽이 있어 즐기기 좋음. 단하나, 호텔투숙객 전용 로비 화장실에서 변기위 선반에 선글라스를 두고 나왔는데 다시 가보니 없어서 아쉬웠음. ㅜㅜ

This is out of the hotel's control, but the proximity of the nightclub/beachclubs with unbearably loud music until midnight every night, and until 2am on weekends was unbelievable. This would definitely prevent me from staying here again. I feel sad for the hotel,and for everyone living in the local area, but the noise has to be heard to be believed.

Beautiful hotel right on beach. Great staff, very helpful. Big room with comfortable bed, and hot water in shower (which was nice since I’d been on the road for 2 months staying in some places with no zero amenities.) There’s some decent surf out front depending on swell. Finns Beach Club is next door, if you’re into that sort of thing. And there’s lots of dining options just a short stroll up the beach. I would stay here again for sure.

Tired and worn out
Lovely staff, restaurant and pool area clean, not so clean rooms. Bathroom not very clean, no water pressure or hot water. Towels were old and worn. Curtains on door dirty worn and old. WiFi in room didn’t work had to go to garden or restaurant to use.

This hotel definitely does not look like his pictures. The hotel is very run down. You can see rust in the restaurant. There were a lot of flies and ants when we were eating. When we got our food it was cold. The room was even more run down. All of the towels were very old and some even have the yellow stains on them.

Would never stay here again
This hotel was extremely disappointing. They didn’t change our sheets until we ripped them off the bed, then they placed the dirty pillow cases back on and just turned them over hoping we wouldn’t notice. Had to ask for them to replenish the soaps etc as they just left them empty each day. You can’t get a quiet nights sleep at this hotel with the base of music playing from Finns next door. First night we stayed the other beach club next door was playing the music with base on and it was shaking our room until 4am. Communal toilets near the reception area wasn’t cleaned the entire time we were there in 7 days. Breakfast was basic and they had fish on the menu for 4 days straight instead of mixing it up. If your after a nice breakfast with more effort put in, stay somewhere else or go out. My boyfriend complained about fish being the only thing being served for breakfast for so many days (he can’t eat fish) so they put chicken on next day and he got food poisoning. Location is nice, this is the only reason they got one star otherwise would have been zero. Would never stay here again. Could be a great hotel under better management. I think the only thing saving them is the location.

Food poisoning
Very disappointed with our stay. There were several cases of food poisoning during the first few days and unfortunately both my husband and myself experienced it too. I was floored for at least 2 full days. My husband notified management. As I wasn't improving we decided to leave a day earlier than we'd paid for. My husband asked for a refund for the last day and was told...no! So then my husband asked for a discount on the food bill....as we had only eaten at their restaurant....and he was told 15% discount...so he said no! Anyway they came back with 25% discount. Also the bedding was not changed once in our 6 days stay. We had previously been staying in a Legian hotel which was much cheaper than Legong Keraton and our bedding was changed daily. For a resort to charge well over $100 per night I find this unacceptable. I will not be back!

We were a bit skeptical due to reading some of the negative reviews online & not expecting a lot but we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed 4 nights and really loved the resort. The pool and garden area is stunning & we loved our mornings in the sun by the pool and then the afternoon on the lawn in the shade of the beautiful big palm trees right on the beachfront. It was a perfect spot to sit and watch the surfers and enjoy the beach vibe. We found the location was great although not a huge choice of restaurants down that end but it was an easy walk in either direction into the busier end of Cangu or else Seminyak in the other direction. There were some negative comments on-line about Finns being next door but other than being a little bit busy out the front it certainly wasn't noisy, either by the pool or in the room at night. (We were at the front of the Hotel and quite close to Finns and did not even hear it) We have stayed in a broad range of properties across Bali and while it is not 5 star we certainly could not fault it. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating & the property was clean and well kept in traditional Balinese style which we like. Breakfast was a bit more basic that other resorts we have stayed in but they were happy to cook extra things for us on request with no extra charge. Only negative was no tea or coffee in the room but other than that we will certainly be staying here again.

快適に過ごせました。
ビーチが目の前でロケーションはとても良かったです。ホテルの部屋も広く快適でした。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。厳しい事を言うと机の下の蜘蛛の巣が張っていたらしたので、お掃除がもう少し隅々まで行き届いていたら完璧だったと思います。総合的には満足です。

Great location. In Bali terms, much better value is available however, rate is clearly driven by absolute beachfront location and being immediately next door to what must be the most impressive and sprawling beachfront bar/ leisure space in Bali. Scooter hire avail x hotel at bargain rates. Linen is of poor standard, breakfast is ok, byo instant coffee - it would be better. They don’t bother with any in room hot drink provisions. Location is 10/10 and supersedes any negatives.

Awesome location for surfers directly on a fantastic surf break. It’s right next to Finns Beach Club which was good for us with kids as we got a seven day pass so we went to Finns a few times and used the complimentary shuttle bus to and from the Finns Rec Club which has the water park, Bounce and bowling. My husband absolutely loved the surfing every day. The hotel itself is OK. It advertises three star and obviously that is what you get. Rooms are basic - could improve the cleaning and upkeep in the bathrooms. Grounds are very pretty and well kept with a lovely shaded section full of trees looking over the surf break.

周りがずいぶん変わったけど
初めて滞在しましたが、かなり満足しました。次も泊まりたいです。 心配していた隣のフィンクラブの騒音も全然聞こえず、ぐっすり眠れました。 朝食は7時からですが、食品がそろってない日もありました。内容については不満はありません。夜一度レストランで食事しましたが、クチコミで美味しくないとありましたけど美味しくいただきました。食べるものによるのかなぁ。少し歩くと色々なワルンがあるので、安価で食事が出来ました。 サーフィン、食べる、寝るの三拍子の人にはもってこいのホテルです
