He will reach out to you prior to your arrival to coordinate the check-in process and provide a personal tour of the villa. During your stay, he will be your single point of contact, ready to assist with any needs or questions you might have.

NOTE
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. We will have to charge additional cleaning costs if you do smoke inside the villa.
- It is not allowed to host a party

Early check-in and late check-out
In consultation we can always see if it is possible to meet a request for early check-in or late check-out. This is always confirmed at the last minute and is subject to availability. If you want to be sure that this is possible, we recommend booking an extra night in advance or afterwards.

Since the construction is initiated by other villa owners and is beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds for any disturbances.
