- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. We will have to charge additional cleaning costs if you do smoke inside the villa.
- It is not allowed to host a party

In consultation we can always see if it is possible to meet a request for early check-in or late check-out. This is always confirmed at the last minute and is subject to availability. If you want to be sure that this is possible, we recommend booking an extra night in advance or afterwards.
