“Établissement situé proche des plages de surf en scooter, les espaces sont bien aménagé et calme , petit bémols la route qui passe au près circule pas mal mais c’est supportable , le personnel très agréable .”

“Das Sunny Appartement war sehr großzügige gestaltet, man fühlt sich dort sofort wohl. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und ich konnte von dort aus auch prima fernsehen (oder natürlich vom Sofa aus, das auch sehr bequem war). Das Appartement verfügt auch über einen riesigen Balkon,von dem aus ich ein Feuerwerk beobachten konnte.
Im Flur gibt es Wasserspender für Trinkwasser, man kann damit die Glasflaschen, die im Kühlschrank parat stehen,befüllen :)
Der Pool ist sehr lang, ideal um Längen zu...
“If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had.
The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room...
“The resort was excellent, the service was outstanding. Every night there was a turn down service. This something normally for 6 star resort. The area was quite so after 7pm couldn't hear one vehicle. So if you are a quite resort perfect for couple's who just want to relax.proposed to my future wife there they made it perfect for us.”

“This is a really nice place. Great space and very helpful staff. The plunge pool outside your house is small but nice to get a quick bath. Located with many great restaurants nearby. Great kitchen if you want to cook food yourself.
This is not a hotel so no reception (but staff 24/7), restaurant (i.e.no breakfast) or big pool to be at. First time for me to stay at a place like this and is still contemplating which I prefer the most.

“I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa.
The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. There was a crossing guard as well to make sure you were safe when crossing the street. They had transportation waiting if you needed to go anywhere. We found a driver pretty fast that we kept...
“This hotel is new and designed very well. Bed & pillows was very comfortable. Great choice of selection of food specially breakfast. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made our stay very special, even decorated our room for our anniversary and left us a gift and a card. “We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after.
The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful.

“Everything was amazing at Blue Karma, the bed so is comfortable, the staff is so helpful, and the food was so delicious. Their free shuttle to Seminyak squar and thr beach was a nice bonus, and there are lots of nice returants close by. Grab was easy to get, but honestly, we could have spent our entire time amd Blue Karma and not feel like we missed anything. ”

The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty.

"Very bad experience. We got a "superior" room at the end of the structure at the border of a club. The first day loudly disco (even with closed windows) until 11PM .... the second day they started with loudly entertainment and music at 7:00AM !!!! When we complained we were told that no other rooms were available. We called Expedia and....guess what?.... they offered us a change room (but for 1 night only). After a second complain they moved us to another room for our last night.
Terrible experience, terrible support by the local personnel. Ask for rooms in the middle of the structure if you want to go in this hotel. "
