“The resort was excellent, the service was outstanding. Every night there was a turn down service. This something normally for 6 star resort. The area was quite so after 7pm couldn't hear one vehicle. So if you are a quite resort perfect for couple's who just want to relax.proposed to my future wife there they made it perfect for us.”

“Hidden away in a great location with many restaurants, bars a short walk away. The villa was amazing and had everything needed! Excellent decor and cute pool! The breakfast included was excellent and allowed us to start our day great. The facilities were excellent… comfortable bed, great shower/bath tub etc The staff were welcoming, friendly and polite! Loved our stay here! ”

“We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. “This is a really nice place. Great space and very helpful staff. The plunge pool outside your house is small but nice to get a quick bath. Located with many great restaurants nearby. “I loved Sin Nombre, it was safe, quiet, clean, modern and the staff there was extremely kind and attentive. Right across the street was a Bistro that served hot food and if you wanted you could order and they would bring it straight to your villa. The villa's were amazing!! Just as the pictures showed. The only reason I have 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was no shower curtain or shower doors which made the whole bathroom floor wet everytime we took a bath and made it messy and dirty. “Fantastic boutique hotel that’s stunning, both in terms of the grounds and comfort of the room. Staff were always very friendly and happy to help, nothing was a problem. Baring in mind the hotel is located near some ricefields and has forrest grounds, there is a number of bugs around but I think that’s to be completely expected. "Very bad experience. We got a "superior" room at the end of the structure at the border of a club. The first day loudly disco (even with closed windows) until 11PM .... the second day they started with loudly entertainment and music at 7:00AM !!!! When we complained we were told that no other rooms were available. We called Expedia and....guess what?.... they offered us a change room (but for 1 night only). After a second complain they moved us to another room for our last night. Terrible experience, terrible support by the local personnel. Ask for rooms in the middle of the structure if you want to go in this hotel. "
