    **BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS**
    The condo features two bedrooms with very comfortable beds and stunning mountain views! The space has a master bedroom with queen sized bed, a second bedroom with a cozy queen size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom has a built-in closet for your convenience, and there are extra pillows and blankets available for your comfort.

    Living room: Sofa bed.
    2 Bathrooms with all essentials provided.

    Off of the master bedroom, there is a clean and modern ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a glassed-in shower, a toilet, a sizable counter and sink, and plenty of storage. Towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper are all provided. There is also a full washer and drying in the suite.

    **LOUNGE AND KITCHEN**
    The stylish, yet comfortable sofa and lounge chair in the living area provide a great view of both the fireplace and television with complimentary streaming services but even better the mountains! The kitchen is open concept modern style, with all you need to make your favorite meals. A small island with bar-style seating for 2 and a dining table with seating for 4.

    This Condo is in a resort minutes from the world-famous Banff National Park, Policeman Creek Trail, and Canmore Nordic Centre. You`ll find a handful of restaurants and cafes in Canmore.

    Known for scenery, outdoor activities, and wildlife, Canmore has been a primary vacation destination for couples and families with many things to see and do. To make the most of your trip, we always recommend guests bring their car to see all Canmore has to offer.

    The public Canmore Roam Bus is also a great way to explore the local area. The Banff-Canmore Regional Service also regularly runs between Banff and Canmore.

    - PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

    - We have one dedicated parking spot for our guest`s use.

    - The parking garage has a maximum height capacity of 6’5.`

    -Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

    1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

    2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

    3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

    4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

    5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

    6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

    7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 7 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

    8. PETS: Your furry friend is welcome! Only 1 pet is allowed. Our pet fee is $25 CAD per night, and it is not included in the nightly rate. This fee will be collected after booking. Make sure to bring doggy bags to pick up their waste, and do not leave your pet unattended inside the unit.

    *Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


    9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

    10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
