“The hot tub at the property we stayed on was out of service for our time there. An outdoor hot tub is one of the main criteria for my hotel choices, so when we learned it wasn’t working, we considered cancelling and picking a new hotel- until we saw the hot tub closure policy that states no refunds, no discounts.
However, when we got a call from the front desk asking how our check in went, they did offer us access to their other property just a quick walk away which was very nice
