Welcome to La Sierra/Los Picos! Amazing 2 Story Penthouse loft with 1539 sqft of living space with spectacular mountain views from the balcony and bedrooms. Chef’s kitchen with private bbq and patio to relax and enjoy. Pictures say a thousand words - let the photos exceed your vacation expectations. Both floors are professionally finished while maximizing space and comfort. La Sierra has it "All" and is the perfect "Mountain" home away from home! All that's left is to Enjoy!

We are thrilled to share our "La Sierra/Los Picos" penthouse with all our guests! This 2 Story 1539 square foot luxurious Penthouse loft boasts the following:

Master Bedroom
- Spacious upstairs master bedroom with King sized bed and flat screen tv.
- Adjacent sitting area with queen bed - perfect for families with small children and great for reading or enjoying a quiet cup of coffee and taking in the tremendous mountain views.
- Large ensuite, dual sinks, dual shower heads, and a large soaker tub to relax in at the end of an amazing day on the hill, course or hiking trails.
- Walk in closet and overlooks the main floor living area.

Main Level
- Spacious main level offers an open concept living room, dining area, gourmet kitchen, office area, as well as, a second bedroom and bathroom.

Main floor bedroom (dual master)
- Split King bed (cannot be split), closet, dresser and once again the spectacular mountain views.

Living Room
- Large flat screen TV, fireplace and access to your private balcony and bbq.

Main Floor Bathroom
- Features a walk in rainfall shower which is great for a little pampering after a day on the hill, course or hiking trails.
- In-suite laundry means no laundry chores to go home to.

Chef's Kitchen
- Fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar.
- Kitchen then leads into the large dining area that comfortably seats 8 people.

Living Room
- Vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV.
- Sofa and chair and, once again, breath taking mountain views.
- Office area with desk for business travelers.

Parking
- Two secured parking spaces adjacent to the elevator in the secured underground parkade/parking garage for easy access to the top floor.

Other Amenities
- Our guests enjoy free WiFi, as well as, free access to incredible resort amenities which include a heated indoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, waterslide, frog slide and splash waterfall for children and fitness centre.
- On-site dining located on the main floor.

House Rules:
Please respect our penthouse suite as you would your own home. A few rules to ensure the next guest enjoys the same suite you and your family did:
- Unit has stairs to main and upper level.
- Maximum 8 occupants.
- NO SMOKING!
- Please "No" shoes in the home.
- NO PETS!
- No skis, snowboards, bikes or large sport equipment in unit itself (there are lock ups in the underground parkade)
- No excessive noise/partying or events
- Building quiet time is at 10PM
- Check in is after 4 PM
- Check out is before 11 AM
- Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on prior to checking out
- Towels-please leave in bathrooms
- Recycling: Please gather up all recycling and garbage and dispose of it in the main floor garbage/recycling area.
- Please adhere to the agreed upon number of guests per unit limit.
- As owners, we are not responsible for any damage or stolen property, vehicles, etc.
- As owners, we are not responsible or liable for any injuries, sickness or loss that may occur to any guests while staying in our unit.
- As guests you are expected to have fun and act in a safe and responsible manner.

This place met all we expected and added to our amazing vacation. Spaces were large, clean and equipped. Beds were comfy for exhausted bodies from active days. Walkable to the charming downtown and delicious restaurants. Doable distance to surrounding areas we went each day - YoHo, Banff, Norquay, and Icefield Parkway. Parking spot was so convenient right by elevator. All hallways in resort are being renovated but didn’t bother our stay as the workers were pleasant as you pass through - no noise distraction. Very pleased with this find and the communication with the host.

Ideal accommodation for larger groups. My husband and I travelled with our three adult children and there was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is very well stocked and the unit is very clean and nicely furnished. Michael is an exceptional host, easy to reach and very responsive. I would recommend this property very highly and would definitely return when in beautiful Canmore again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Sierra/ Los Picos. Michael is an attentive host who provided clear and concise directions for check in and touched base with us a couple of times to see if everything was OK. The common areas of the complex definitely need updating but the condo itself is lovely. It was immaculately clean and nicely renovated. The kitchen was well stocked and very well organized so things were easy to find. The bedrooms were comfortable and spacious and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was very convenient as was having a designated parking space in the garage. The space was directly across from the elevator and was the roomiest space in the garage; ideal if you have a larger car. The condo has nice mountains views and we enjoyed watching gorgeous sunrises over the mountains almost each day we were in the condo. There are restaurants close by and the downtown is about a 10-15 minute walk. We found the location ideal for exploring the area attractions including Banff, Yoho and Kootenay national parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Canmore and highly recommend this condo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well-maintained and provisioned. It was furnished very nicely with comfortable pieces. The outdoor deck was enjoyable. The property is conveniently located and felt very safe. The parking spaces assigned to the unit must be the most advantageous spots in the entire ramp! Michael was very responsive both before our stay and leading up to it. He's a great host! While we were here, we enjoyed Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Lake Agnes Tea House, Moraine Lake and an Icefields tour conducted by Radventures.We used our own vehicle as well as some connections provided by Roam Transit. The stop for the Roam bus is a very short walk from the property.

The room itself was good, however we had a bad experience with the pool, the chemicals at the pool was so high that my daughters swimsuit permanently changed color after 30 min at the pool, please double check who is doing the maintenance of the pool, it is not safe.

Condo was very clean and well stocked. Location was close to downtown. There is currently construction on the road behind the condo but did not hear noise from this. Upstairs bedroom needs a curtain as light poured in very early and stayed light very late. Otherwise, great stay and would recommend. Communication with manager was excellent!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Our host was fantastic ! He checked in several times to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay and was always quick to respond to any questions we had before our stay. The location of the property was an easy walk from most of the places we wanted to visit in Canmore. The property itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed including a well appointed kitchen. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again on our next visit.

Check in / Parking / Directions were all easy and accurate. Unit was well stocked & clean and as advertised. Pool & Hot tub were a hit with the kids. Restaurant in the hotel was also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our trip to Canmore and days skiing and snowboarding in Banff. The condo was updated, very clean, and beds were comfortable. The location is great and within a quick walk to restaurants, stores and downtown. Michael was in regular contact to check in and offer help. He is probably the most engaged property manager we’ve ever had at a VRBO and we appreciated knowing he was available and responsive. The only downside to this property is that the common hallways, fitness room, and pool area are in need of an refresh/updates.

The place is clean, full of amenities, and walking distance to the main st. Michael is a great host, checking up on us to make sure we didn't have any issues with check-in or need any amenities. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Canmore/Banff in the future.

Los Picos was the perfect place for our family of 4 to stay while exploring Banff National Park! The decor was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the showers were awesome, and everything was sparkling clean. Laundry on site was another big plus for us! Michael was an attentive host and was excellent to communicate with. We really enjoyed having all the comforts of home and the quieter surroundings of Canmore.

The accommodations are comfortable and spacious. The pool was great as the weather was questionable and the air quality was terrible. We were quite impressed when Michael reached out to confirm we checked in okay, and then again mid-stay to see if all was well. If I had to give some cons, I would say the highway noise wasn't terrible but could be a bit loud if you like to sit on the patio. While the dishes were sufficient, it would have been nice to have a few extra (especially cups and glasses). Overall we would recommend this property, especially for a larger group, there were 8 of us ranging from 6 to mid-50's. If the need and price is right, we would consider staying again in future!
