Newly Renovated Rocky Mountain Canmore Chalet

Welcome to our newly upgraded Canmore vacation condo, nestled in a small resort just minutes away from downtown Canmore! Drive up to our door, park in the free spaces provided, and walk right in to our comfortable two story retreat, fully equipped for your mountain getaway. Enjoy the luxuries we provide, such as a Banff park pass, a BBQ on the patio, a cozy public hot-tub, and high speed wifi!
PLEASE NOTE! Parking is very tight. I would not recommend this unit to those with a large vehicle.

Family friendly, with all your holiday needs. We including all the amenities and basic travel supplies to ensure a comfortable/relaxed vacation :)

A quiet neighbour just outside of downtown. This condo is a mere 5 minute walk from a strip mall that contains sophisticated/good quality restaurants, as well as convenience/liquor stores.
It is also a quick 10 minute walk to downtown, however if you are driving it should only take 2!

There are 24/7 taxi services throughout all weekend and holidays, as well as a public bus service that will take you into Banff or all around Canmore :) (6$ charge for Banff, 3$ charge for Canmore)
PLEASE NOTE! On site parking is very tight, I would not recommend this unit to those with a large vehicle. No assigned stalls so there is a risk you would have to park on the street.

PLEASE NOTE! The Hottub is now functional and the gym is open :)

White Xmas in Canmore

My family and I stayed here for a White Xmas. We did tons of research which paid off. This property has such a homely feel and is difficult to fault. Plenty of room, bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms upstairs both with spectacular views of the Rockies. All living space and another bathroom downstairs. The place had lots of those little things you need in the kitchen but don't want to buy just for a week on holidays. Things like cooking oil and basic condiments. Communicating with the manager was great with no issues and follow up contact to ensure everything was going smoothly. The location is great, away from the noise of the highway and center of town but close enough to walk in even on a brisk night. Our only regret is we didn't book it for longer and moved to another condo in Canmore for the remainder of our time here which highlighted how good we had it at this place. I would recommend this to family and friends coming to Canmore and would happily book it again if we returned here from Australia.

Great vacation stay

Kimberly was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It was a wonderful retreat to return to at the end of each day. The park pass and cooler were greatly appreciated. We hope to return soon.

Great location and home base

Great location for a home base visit to the Canadian Rockies. Perfect fit for our group of 4. Lovely to have extra items like coolers, bug spray and beach towel. Easy walk to downtown for dining and walk along the river. Some confusion with limited parking amongst condo guests.

Cozy condo, great location

The three of us stayed here a week on our first family vacation in 2 years and we’re very happy with this condo. The kitchen was well-stocked, the gas grill was helpful. The patio was larger than expected so that was a nice surprise. It’s a pleasant walk to the shops in the town center or a very short drive. Yes, the parking spots are narrow. It we saw plenty of Jeeps and larger vehicles parked. All in all, we felt it was a good value for the price. The only improvement I could suggest is that the master bedroom would benefit from a fan as it got a little stuffy at times. But we wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again.

Nice stay in Canmore

Communication before and after our stay was quick and easy. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. Grocery store and downtown are very close making it a good location. It was very nice having two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. For 2 couples it is a good set up.

Family-friendly, centrally located, great place!

We had a great time staying at Donna’s place for an extended weekend away. Having the two floors and two double beds for the kids worked out perfectly. The place is very clean and close to all of the main Canmore attractions - easy walking distance to downtown, coffee, and bagels. There’s also a huge balcony with gorgeous views of the mountains. Highly recommended!

This place was perfect for our family. Lots of room with amazing views from the windows and patio. Well stocked kitchen with nice large fridge. Only issue we had was it required a good cleaning of the carpets when we got there as we had a small child who was having too much fun picking out things from under the chairs and couch. That is only a reflection of the cleaning though as everything else was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway

This was a great condo. We had a fantastic time. The location was excellent and kitchen was well stocked with all necessities. The outdoor grill was gas and was very clean. The patio is roomy, and very private. We stayed At the condo with friends and the two bedroom had there own en-suite. Communication with Donna was always answered . We would stay again. Excellent Property - VRBO it!

It was a great property. Only "concern" was that some of the glassware was not properly cleaned. Other than that the place was a great value for the money. It was neat, well stocked, and all of the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Definitely stay here again under similar situation.

Great place for family of 4 skiing in the Banff area

This was a very comfortable, quite, clean and convenient place for my family of 4 to stay while skiing at Banff Sunshine and Lake Louise. My 2 kids are 12 and 15 so it was perfect having 2 separate full size beds for them in their own room. It is less expensive, and very convenient staying in Canmore, as there are grocery stores and other convenient places to eat close by. The condo was as described, and clean and quiet. The kitchen was very adequate, as we chose to eat in most of the time for our meals. As described in other reviews, the parking is a little tight downstairs in the outdoor car port, but we were able to still park our full size Dodge Durango pretty easily, but did usually let passengers out so we could park close to the columns separating each pair of parking spots. There was always a spot to park, but the design allows 2 vehicles between columns, and it is a little tight. While on our stay, we had a couple of questions and Donna was very quick to respond to our text message questions during our stay. It was also a nice added perk to have use of the park pass that is required to be hung on your rear view mirror available for use (it is on the fridge and available for use during your stay), as it is required for all vehicles entering the Banff park (including traveling to Banff, or skiing at Banff Sunshine or Lake Louise). We noticed many vehicles with violation tickets on them each day in the ski lodge parking lots. Park passes can be purchased when entering the park (almost like a toll booth on the side of the highway), but being able to use a pass for free was great. Thank you Donna for a great stay, and we will definitely look at this condo again if we are in the area.
