The condo exceeded our expectations - very clean, nice layout, balcony with BBQ, it has everything you need for a great mountain retreat. Location of the resort is also perfect - a short walking distance to the downtown along a spectacular trail. The resort has many amenities including underground parking and heated outdoor pool.The host is amazing - all our questions were promptly answered, all request were addressed right away. Thanks a lot!

We have stayed at Stoneridge multiple times in a different suite. This one was cozier than the other. Instructions were easy to follow from the host. Everything we needed for the stay was there. Pre booked for our next stay the there already.

Nice, clean and roomy. The heated pool was a nice touch after skiing. Location was easy to get to from the highway. Only thing to note is that the parking is underground and only has standard clearance so if you have an oversized van or a ski box on an SUV you have to park on the street which is limited. We managed just fine but would be nice to know in advance.

Beautiful condo. Everything was clean and just as pictured. Host was responsive to our questions. We appreciated the coffee and soaps, shampoo, etc. Underground parking was easy, as were the elevators. Terrific location - close to stores and 25 minutes from Banff. Walking pathways from condo. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very convenient to the highway and town for restaurants. We appreciate the Discovery pass that was available to use while we were there! There was enough room for the 4 of us. We also liked the garage underneath and secure.

Lovely property and beautiful location. Not very many towels were given for 4 people and extra bedding for the sofa bed would have been helpful. We struggled a bit with communication with the host. There was confusion about the check in time as two different times were given and when we asked, the contact person said she would let us know when it was ready. So we were waiting in our car for a long time waiting. Also we learned after check in that “ wire fire code” meant “ wi-fi”! The resort was beautiful and had a lovely view , and the unit was spacious enough for us .

Good Accomocations: Need a Little Attention to Upkeep

The beds were comfortable, the general condition of the property fair to good. This was a private rental, so little support from the front desk staff. Small details: missing kitchen cutlery, missing lightbulbs, partially blocked bathroom sink. There was a contact number to call, and these minor issues were attended to promptly and pleasantly. We would recommend.

A little disappointing

I was surprised that the listing described this unit as a luxury stay. It's true that we were comfortable, and the unit is inside a building that has a pool, hot tub, and fitness center. But there were many odd little deficiencies—such as two lamps missing light bulbs, yellow spots on one of the hand towels, and the advertised mountain view as nothing more than the tops of a peak over the building across the resort. The deck is very small -- all five of us could not fit on it -- and communicating with the provided contact was not easy; they did not seem local or up to date on what was happening in the unit. They seemed unconcerned that there were two lamps missing bulbs and directed me to find a hidden key for the storage closet. I could not find the key and ultimately we chose to focus our attention on other things besides trying to track down the supplies for someone else's condo maintenance. The checkout instructions are confusing and contradictory; the wifi password is absurdly difficult to read; and there is very little about this unit that makes it feel cozy, homey, or personal. There was not even a deck of cards available at the lobby for us to borrow; it was a kind of depressing vibe.There are delightful trails behind the resort that are worth taking some time to explore, and with some legwork you can walk to the town center for more food and drink options.I get that Canmore is expensive but I wouldn't personally stay here again at this price point.

Banff Vacation

My wife & I spent a week here with our son and daughter-in-law. This Canmore location was fantastic for our Banff activities, and we would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.
