“There was plenty of parking but that is the extent of the pluses. The person who checked me in did not code the key card properly so that was the first thing. The ice machine was broken. The sheets had an acne sticker fused to the sheet. There was a spot of blood on the sheet as well. The water was very hot in the sink but just a little over warm in the shower. “Made the booking and the booking was lost and the property made no effort to resolve the issue. I was told it was my responsibility to figure out what was going on. I made the reservation, received the confirmation and was charged for the transaction. I spent near two hours on the phone mostly on hold. ”
