PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
From the entrance, you step into a living area defined by its impressive ceiling height.
The living room features a lounge area with a smart TV, extended by a south-facing balcony fitted with two small tables and chairs.
The open-plan kitchen connects seamlessly with the living space and is fully equipped with everything needed for everyday cooking.
The sleeping area on the main level includes:
- A first bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm) and its own small balcony
- A second bedroom with two single beds (80x190 cm)
- A shower room and a separate toilet complete this level.
From the living room, a staircase leads to the mezzanine.
There, you will find a third bedroom with a queen-size bed as well as a dedicated office space.
The layout offers a smooth and functional flow, with a refined Bauhaus-inspired design that is both structured and understated.

From Cannes train station: approximately 4 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot

- La Croisette: 10 minutes on foot. A seafront promenade lined with beaches, luxury hotels and restaurants, enjoyable at any time of day
