Welcome to this bright 25m² studio located in Cannes in the city center which will be your perfect base for discovering Cannes and the region.

The newly renovated apartment is located on the second floor (no elevator) in a small building. The apartment has a lovely view of an "belle époque" building and its garden. This relatively clear view for the neighborhood allows it to benefit from appreciable rays of sunshine.
The space has been designed to feel comfortable and to create a day space and a night space, both as pleasant as the other. This studio consists of a sleeping area with a double bed, a living room area with a sofa if needed, and a small coffee table serving as a dining area. The kitchen is suitably equipped to meet your expectations during your stay. The bathroom offers a shower, sink area and WC. The apartment has WiFi.

The apartment allows almost immediate access to the Cannes city center. You will be 5 minutes from Rue d'Antibes known for its many shops, Rue Hoche for its cafes and restaurants or a 10-minute walk from the Croisette and its sandy beaches.

You can also organize getaways in the region thanks to the train station which is a 10-minute walk away and which will allow you to easily reach Antibes, Nice or Monaco.


## Access

The accommodation is located in the heart of the city of Cannes which makes it easily accessible.
The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided and you will have access to the entire accommodation.

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.

##Neighborhood

The apartment is located in the République district: Prado - République is one of the ten districts of the city of Cannes, so named because it is crossed from north to south by the boulevard of the same name on which the shared Avenue du Prado ends transversely. with the neighboring Californie - Pézou district.

You will be a 5-minute walk from the liveliest district of Cannes: “Cannes Banane”
“La Banana” is a district of the commune of Cannes located between the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, rue d’Antibes, the beaches and prestigious hotels.

The "banana" is an essential district of Cannes, the nerve center of the city with all these shops and restaurants. It is also a very sought-after and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Without forgetting the beach 100m away and the Croisette just as close. You will be a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.
Bakery and supermarket are located a stone's throw from the building.


Whether you are on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as a point of interest or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the beaches of the Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a famous place for walking and shopping. Coffee/restaurant break, we advise you to sit in a café on rue Hoche and Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere reigning in the old town of Suquet will seduce you.

## Transit

In this area all your trips can be made on foot and you can leave your car in the nearby car park. The apartment does not have a parking space.
The famous Croisette and its beaches are a 15-minute walk away. Rue d'Antibes and its many shops for shopping is less than a 5/10 minute walk away. And the SNCF train station is also a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

##Notes

The apartment is of good standard, of course we will ask you to respect the neighborhood.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.

Smoking is not allowed inside.

Please remember that late arrivals after 8 p.m. are possible in two ways:
- Either independently and free with an illustrated guide.
- Either in a personalized manner with one of our agents, invoiced according to the time and to be paid on arrival.
