With modern design, high-quality furnishings, and A/C in each room, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom gem (including an en-suite) offers total comfort in an excellent location.
The apartment is in a quite residential area, just 8 min walk to the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette, and the nearest beach. 7 min to Rue d’Antibes with its shops , bars and restaurants.
The Space:
In accordance with local regulations, we are required by law to collect guest information for police registration purposes. This is a standard procedure for all accommodations in France and will be handled securely and respectfully.
Early check-in and late check-out available for a fee (50 eur for additional 3 hours).

✹ PARKING: The apartment does not have private parking, but there are plenty of options if you would like to bring a car.
1) Free street parking is available on Avenue Saint Nicolas (24/7) – you just need to find a spot!
2) Paid street parking is available on the neighboring streets – 1st hour free, then 3 EUR for 2 hours or 17 EUR for 24 hours.
3) An underground public car park is located on Saint Nicolas (a 5-minute walk from the building). Please check their website directly for rates. This option is typically more expensive than street parking.
✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly areas in the bedrooms and living room.
✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and high chair available upon request (please let us know before your arrival)
✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

NOTES
✹ ONLINE CHECK-IN: We use an online hotel-style system, called “CheKin”. After confirming your reservation, you will receive a system email to prompt you to upload the required IDs and provide a valid credit card. A pre-authorization of €1000 will be placed on your credit card. This amount is not charged to your account and will be automatically released after departure.
✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the smart lock on the front door - the code will be sent to you after the above check-in process is finalized.
✹ Please be aware that if the check-in is not finalized and the deposit is not secured, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without a refund.
✹ Early check in / late check out are subject to availability and to an additional fee - please inquire at the time of the booking. Unauthorized late check outs will be charged the equivalent of one extra night stay.

✹ MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is 6, regardless of age, including infants. This policy ensures the comfort and safety of everyone during their stay, as well as compliance with local regulations. Additional guests (other than the ones mentioned in the reservation) are not allowed. For the additional guests not included in the reservation, but found in the apartment, there is a 100 eur fee/ night.
✹ NO-SMOKING POLICY: This is a smoke-free home.
✹ NO PARTIES: The apartment is situated in a small residential building, and in order to respect our neighbors, we ask that you don't make loud noises after 9pm and there are NO PARTIES allowed (at any time of the day).
✹ Guests are not allowed to take the bathroom towels outside of the apartment, nor use them for the beach/ grass. If the towels are found dirty of sand or grass, an additional cleaning fee of 50 eur will be charged. If the dirt can't be removed, the full replacement cost of the towels will be charged on top of the extra cleaning fee: 30 eur for a big towel and 15 eur for a small towel.
✹ FORGOTTEN OBJECTS : Any objects that are forgotten in the apartment by the guests will be stored by our personnel at our premises. You can let us know if you want to come back for them or if we should dispose of them.
✹ Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance, to be compensated in case of flight delays/ cancellations. We can't accommodate refunds or changes in reservations.

One week before arrival, you will receive an email from our system called “Check-in”. You must use this link to:
- Upload the IDs of all guests.
- Complete the mandatory €1,000 security deposit.
Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized and the deposit is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.
These measures are legally required and strictly enforced to ensure compliance and security.
✹ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Early check-in and late check-out options can be provided, subject to availability in our reservations calendar. Please inform us your desired arrival/ departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees may apply.
✹ LUGGAGE DROP OFF: You can drop off your luggage while the cleaning team is cleaning the apartment. After your stay, we’ll be able to store your luggage until the cleaning finished.
✹ STAYS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK
For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure your comfort. This service includes fresh linens and towels, and will be arranged and charged separately through the Resolution Center.
✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.
✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one large blanket for the double bed and one small blanket for the single bed. We don’t keep extra blankets on-site, and we thank you for your understanding.
✹ No elevator.
✹ PARKING INFORMATION: The apartment does not have private parking, but there are several convenient options if you are arriving by car:
1. Street Parking – On Avenue Saint Nicolas, parking is free at all times (subject to availability). Nearby streets may have paid parking, which is marked with the word “PAYANT” on the ground. Payment can be made at the street meters or through the Flowbird app.
2. Underground Public Parking – The Saint Nicolas Parking Garage is just a 2-minute walk from the building. Please check their official website for current rates, as prices vary depending on the season.
