Set in a small house just 800 meters from the beaches, this peaceful two-bedroom apartment offers a relaxed residential setting while remaining within easy reach of Cannes’ main attractions.

Located in the Californie district, this apartment offers a quieter atmosphere while still being close to the coastline and the center of Cannes.

With a surface of 56 m², the apartment features a bright living room with sofa, TV and air conditioning, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, oven and microwave.

Upstairs, two bedrooms provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. One bedroom includes a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. Please note that the ceiling height on this level is approximately 1.80 m.

The bathroom includes a shower and toilet.

From here, the beaches are about a fifteen-minute walk away, while the Palais des Festivals can be reached in around twenty minutes on foot.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
