The apartment has been recently renovated. It is located on the first floor (with elevator).
It consists of a main room with a queen-size bed (160cm), a kitchen, and a dining area. The kitchen is well-equipped to meet your needs during your stay. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The apartment has Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The apartment provides quick access to Cannes' Golden Square, Rue d'Antibes, and the Croisette, with its café terraces and restaurants in pretty, lively streets and its market (Forville Market). The apartment is less than a 15-minute walk from the Palais des Festivals, the first beaches of La Croisette, and the beaches on Boulevard du Midi.

You can also plan excursions in the region thanks to the train station, which is a 10-minute walk away and will allow you to easily reach Antibes, Nice, or Monaco.

The apartment is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are provided, and you will have access to the entire apartment.

You will be a 5-minute walk from the liveliest neighborhood in Cannes: "Cannes Banane"
"La Banane" is a neighborhood in the commune of Cannes located between the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, Rue d'Antibes, the beaches, and the prestigious hotels.

La Banane is a must-see neighborhood in Cannes, the city's nerve center with all its shops and restaurants. It is also a highly sought-after and lively area. Restaurants, bars, and shops await you! Not to mention the beach 100 meters away and the Croisette just as close. You will be just a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.
A bakery and supermarket are just a stone's throw from the building.

You will also be 15 minutes from Le Suquet, the old town of Cannes. Le Suquet is a must-see neighborhood in Cannes, with its narrow streets, colorful facades, the old Château de Cannes, and the Church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Espérance. It's also a highly sought-after and lively location. Restaurants, bars, and shops await you! Not to mention the beach, 200 meters away, and the Croisette, 15 minutes away. You'll be just a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.

Formerly a fishing village, Le Suquet is the typical historic district of Cannes, overlooking the city.
From Rue Meynadier to the colorful stalls of Forville Market, your taste buds will be delighted by the confectionery, cannery, delicatessen, and fresh, local produce, including a socca tasting.
The climb to the summit of Le Suquet, where the medieval Château de Lérins stands, through cobbled streets with picturesque facades steeped in history, will amaze young and old alike with the beauty of the colorful, flowery landscape.

Whether you're on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as your main attraction or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the beaches of the Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a popular place for strolling and shopping. For a coffee or restaurant break, we recommend a sit-down café on Rue Hoche and Rue Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere of the old town of Le Suquet will charm you.

## Transit

In this neighborhood, all your travels can be done on foot. The apartment does not have a parking space. Parking is available on the street or in one of the city's parking lots.
The famous Croisette and its beaches are a 5-minute walk away. Rue d'Antibes and its many boutiques for shopping are less than 10 minutes away. The SNCF train station is also a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

## Notes

The apartment is of good quality, and we naturally ask that you respect the neighbors.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable condition and clean. Guests must respect the premises, the neighbors, and the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene during their stay.
All or part of the security deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic rules.

Smoking is not permitted inside.
