Unreal property. The top deck/patio is indescribably gorgeous. Sitting out there watching the sunrise and the yachts is hypnotic. Place is located 150 steps from the daily market yet was quiet at night. Will highly recommend this to all of our friends.

A great week in a great house in a great coastal city!

Location was perfect, right next to the Picasso Museum with breakfast every morning from the covered market just down the lane! A perfect house for a week in Antibes with an amazing roof terrace overlooking the sea! Check in and out worked very well and Ivan was there when needed. The house was well equipped and tastefully decorated with good wi-fi. Can highly recommend this property!

Great Spot

The location of this property is excellent. You are steps away from markets and restaurants but yet have a ton of privacy. Communication with the property manager was difficult at first but all worked out well. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Townhouse in Old Town Antibes

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautifully restored townhouse in Old Town. The house had all the amenities needed for a most comfortable holiday. We loved sitting out on the terrace and watching all the boats and super yachts come and go across the beautiful blue Mediterranean Sea. We ate breakfast here every morning and had a few BBQ dinners here as well just enjoy the lovely view. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and good appliances. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were very nice with a high thread count. The washer and dryer were practically new and came in handy during our week long stay. The location is fantastic, right next to the Picasso Museum and just steps away the Provençal Market, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. We loved our stay here. Thank you to Ivan, Cherry and their team for a fabulous holiday!

Nice house but terrible contact

I will start with the positive - the house is lovely in a great location. If you are staying in Antibes the old town is the place to be. Only one room is en suite which isn’t clear on the listing, it would be useful if it stated that but not a deal breaker for us. The roof terrace is what makes the house, the views are incredible. It is smaller than it looks on the pictures but we had 6 adults up there which was fine. I felt for the price of the house the hot tub use should be included but there is a 150 euro charge which we didn’t know when booking it. The bad - it appears that the house is being managed by an agency and they were terrible and impacted on our enjoyment of the property. We had no contact ahead of going to inform us of what to do when we arrived despite us emailing on numerous occasions (VRBO tried as well). When my wife called the person on the phone (male) was incredibly rude saying we couldn’t drop our bags off an hour or two early to save lugging them around. We asked for extra towels for the hot tub but they weren’t present. When we arrived at 4pm as agreed no one was present. We called the number and no one answered so a message was left. When we got a call back they didn’t know we would be there, they contacted someone else to open the house. We had to wait on the street for 45 mins, the house hadnt been cleaned and so we had to go out for hours until it was done. No towels were provided for the hot tub so we didn’t use it.

Old Town - Amazing View

Ivan was very easy to deal with. We stayed for 30 days and enjoyed every moment we were there. The proximity to the 'Market' and eateries was amazing. Top quality food just a walk away. The ease of walking to the public squares and sitting to have a beer or wine at the end of the day made this our home for the month. The home itself is easy to live in. Every night we did a Jacuzzi on the top deck overlooking the Mediterranean with a glass of rose. The kitchen was easy to cook in and the refrigerator was almost standard size and held all our needs. I can't say enough good about this place. There were toilets on each floor which allows for lots of privacy. We spent our day traveling around. The train station is at most a 15 minute walk away. Daily we were on the train to explore the Cote De'Azur. We will be back! Thank you Ivan.

Stunning location

This is a great 3 level apartment with a deck on the roof. Clean and recently updated with new appliances and a large capacity washer/dryer. Close to the best parts of Antibes and a one minute walk to the daily market and the Picasso Museum. Amazing views from the deck. Only complaints were (1) the living area seating is only a small sofa and chair (which does not accommodate the 6 person capacity of the flat, (2) the bathroom “bowl” sinks which are impractical and (3) the property manager’s propensity to “nickel and dime” for things such as a 150 euro fee for operating the hot tub and a late fee for arriving outside a specified window of time. All in all a great property!

A great location!

I stayed at Maison Picasso for three weeks. I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The view from the terrace is wonderful. The apartment is in a very convenient location in Old Antibes. I had very helpful recommendations from Ivan for airport transportation and other services. The check-in visit from Cherry was very helpful. Thank you for a great vacation.

Best accommodation in Antibes

No doubt that this is a premiere location for a stay in Antibes. The sun terrace and spa jacuzzi with unobstructed Med views and the premier location - right beside the Picasso Museum & Provençal market - makes this place unbeatable. It’s a little pricey but actually it delivers real value for money as we saved a fortune on eating out as the terrace of this apartment beats the views from even the fanciest Riviera restaurants in Antibes. You’ll never want to leave it. The super cool air conditioned bedrooms and the ultra comfortable beds with high quality white linen add an even more luxurious touch. First class!!! Minor problems were very few. Only complaint was a low connectivity with internet on the sun terrace and I would have loved the canopy on the terrace to be retractable and a sun lounger or two on the terrace would have been perfect as sun bathing was more difficult on the terrace than I would have liked

Dream location

We stayed in Maison Picasso for 10 nights and had the most fantastic time ! The photos really don’t even begin to do this amazing property justice . Everything was perfect , from the stunning decor , to the very comfortable beds and bed linen to the spectacular terrace with stunning sea views . We spent most of our holiday sitting on the terrace enjoying the hot tub .and wonderful panoramic view of Antibes and the Cap d’Antibes . The kitchen was very well equipped and everything we could possibly have needed was there . The check in and check out process was very quick and efficient and Ivan was wonderful to deal with . All In all , a dream holiday in a dream location.!

Splendide comme la vue sur mer

Très belle demeure très bien tenue et équipée parfaitement avec SPA et Sauna. En plein coeur de la vielle ville et à 2 mn du marché provençal d’Antibes + 250m d'une petite plage, idéal pour les ados.
