Hotel per fare shopping a Cannes

“We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. The property never responded, and despite our detailed complaint, Hotels.com...

“It's a nice apartment, very well furnished with two minuses: there is just one WC and the apartment is located on a very small street which is occupied by a famous loud restaurant. If you are ok with it than you'll be very happy with the rest. The beach is really close though..3 mins by foot. Quality/price is good”
