  • Magnifica villa di lusso nel cuore di Cannes.



    Completamente ristrutturata da un architetto di fama e con materiali pregiati, la villa si sviluppa su tre livelli. Al piano terra, il soggiorno con cucina a vista. Su ogni piano c’è una camera con bagno privato, arredata in modo unico.



    I luoghi sono molto tranquilli perché la casa si trova su una piccola piazza pedonale, circondata da fiori, dove c’è pochissimo passaggio.



    Questa posizione unica è sicuramente una delle più ambite di Cannes. Molti rimangono stupiti da tanta privacy in una zona così centrale. Raggiungere la casa è facilissimo, anche le signore con i tacchi lo apprezzeranno!



    La posizione è perfetta per il congresso perché bastano 2 minuti a piedi per raggiungere il Palais des Festivals. Ideale anche per le vacanze, dato che i ristoranti, la Croisette e le sue famose spiagge sono a 1 minuto a piedi.



    È il posto perfetto per tutti quelli che vogliono stare vicini al mare e al Palais des Festivals senza rinunciare alla tranquillità.

We were a group of 10 girls and I am so pleased I booked this house. The location is really good and we were able to walk almost everywhere. The price was great value and the beds were comfortable. Having a bathroom per bedroom and the townhouse style of one room per floor also meant we had enough space. However if you wanted to cook or spend lots of time together in the communal area this quite small but the host reached out in advance to make this clear.

Loved the location in the old town.

This is a walking street so pack light. The apartment is literally 4 stories with a very small living/dining/kitchen on the first floor. Somehow like a boat. It's on a square so you will have tours from time to time right outside your door. There is no view but if want close to everything this is great. But it's up and down stairs, inside and out. We stayed 4 nights and during that time we had internet on and off, tv never worked and no instructions as to how it worked. Several lights were out in the stairwell and in the first floor bedroom. There was a most unpleasant septic/sewage smell in the top floor bedroom so my girls decided to close it off and sleep together in the 2nd floor bedroom. We literally were never there except to sleep as there is so much to enjoy about Cannes and the surrounding areas.

It is located in the best part of Cannes - just behind the famous Carlton hotel It is the ideal place for families with up to 2 kids, whi wish to explore Cannes (or just to relax on the wonderful beach).

Great apartment conveniently located. Owner and local care taker very friendly and helpful. If you have a car, I recommend just getting a weekly pass at one of the nearby public garages.

Calme, luxueux et atypique

J’ai séjourné dans cet appartement avec deux amies, la petite maison est vraiment atypique en plein centre du suquet, vraiment l’impression d’être en vacances.. wifi, air conditionné, cuisine équipée.. nous avions chacune notre chambre et notre salle de bain.. c’était de super vacances en plein centre de cannes.. on reviendra

Fantastic house with a great location

My family and I stayed at this house last week. The description of the listing was accurate; it was clean, and centrally located to the old part of Cannes. The owner (Clause) and his property manager were extremely helpful and prompt. I would strongly recommend this house if you are planning to stay in Cannes area.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of the old town Cannes

Beautifully decorated and conveniently located right in the heart of Cannes old town. Well equipped apartment. Owner was attentive. Only negative was 200 euro up-charge for sheets and towels, not mentioned until after booking, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Just as described !

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice house. The location is just perfect as you can easily walk were ever you wish to go, shopping, restaurants, beaches, the old town, train station, buses, everything just around the corner so to speak the house is just as shown on the picture and its very clean. I highly recommend this if you want to be in the middle of everything and to be in peace at the same time.

I absolutely loved staying in this house, it felt like home. It was very clean and had all the necessary things we needed. The location is ideal and the lady that welcomed us was really lovely and accommodating. The apartment is very cosy and homely, and it's great that all bedrooms have their own bathrooms.Will definitely go back! :)

Fabulous location in the the heart of Cannes

The bedrooms were lovely, perfectly clean, the lady Eva who met us on arrival was very nice. The location is brilliant, so quiet yet in the centre of the pedestrianized area. (you can only access the house by foot and several steps)

Very welcomed

Great location, walking distance to everything. Beautiful spotless house tastefully decorated and well equipped. We felt very welcomed, he was very helpful, explained everything in detail to us and made excellent restaurant and attraction recommendations. Will definitely stay here again if we come back and recommend the place to friends and families. Thank you again, we had a wonderful time in Cannes!

What a wonderful surprise to find such a lovely house in Cannes. The location is perfect. The house was absolutely charming and very clean. There is a little terrace off the bedroom, which is just divine. The host was lovely, accommodating and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend staying here, we loved it.
