In Cannes, this 79 sqm two-bedroom through-apartment, officially rated 4 stars, offers a genuinely luxurious stay: space, and two terraces. On the second floor of a residence on Rue Pasteur, it also enjoys a ducted air conditioning, so you find a pleasant temperature the moment you step inside.

In the morning, settle onto the 14 sqm terrace on the Rue Pasteur side with a coffee before heading out to explore Cannes. Later in the day, change the mood: the second terrace runs along the apartment on the inner side of the residence, away from the street. Two orientations, two ways to enjoy your stay.

The large living room and dining area make it easy to gather comfortably, whether you are travelling with family, with friends, or in Cannes for a few days of business. The through-layout creates an easy flow between the living spaces.

The first bedroom forms a true master suite with a double bed, its own bathroom and WC.
The second bedroom also has a double bed, its own small shower room.
The apartment has two WCs in total.

Both bedrooms offer storage and comfortable beds for restful nights. A baby cot is also available in the apartment. A video intercom completes the property's equipment.

From Rue Pasteur, you enjoy a Cannes address that makes it easy to reach every side of the city. Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:

- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:

Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge

Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge

Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
