This 50 m² apartment combines a terrace, air conditioning and parking — a particularly convenient setting for a holiday in Cannes or a business trip.

In the morning, make yourself a coffee and settle onto the terrace before walking to Forville Market for fresh local produce. In the evening, after a day at the beach or meetings at the Palais des Festivals, return to the calm of the apartment and enjoy the comfort of air conditioning.

Located on the 2nd floor of a building with a lift, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The bright living room features a sofa bed, a television and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The kitchen makes it easy to prepare breakfast and meals at home. A refrigerator, kettle, toaster and coffee machine are provided. In the bedroom, a 140 × 190 cm bed offers a comfortable place to unwind. The bathroom features a shower and toilet. A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also available for an effortless stay.

The terrace extends the living space outdoors, while the parking space makes travelling by car considerably easier. Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and self check-in via a key box allow you to enjoy your stay at your own pace from arrival to departure.

Staying in Le Suquet puts Cannes’ historic quarter, Forville Market and the Old Port within easy reach. The beaches are just a few minutes away on foot, while the Palais des Festivals is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:

- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:

Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge

Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge

Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
