Located in a residence in the city centre, this **77 m² apartment** comfortably accommodates up to **6 guests**. It features a lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, whether for breakfast, a relaxing break, or an evening drink.

The spacious, light-filled living room is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach or a business event. It offers a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and direct access to the terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary cookware and tableware.

The two bedrooms provide comfortable bedding and storage space for a pleasant stay. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the apartment also includes a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer for your convenience.

Thanks to its prime location, the Palais des Festivals, beaches, shops, restaurants, and public transport are all just a short walk away. An ideal home away from home to experience Cannes without needing a car, in one of the city's most iconic neighbourhoods.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:

- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:

Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge

Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge

Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
