“The towels had yellow stains and looked very dirty. There was no cell phone reception at all, and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I reported the issue to the front desk, and although it improved for less than an hour, the Wi-Fi stopped working again shortly afterward. On top of that, the mattress was in terrible condition. “So bad we checked out early! Our "Premier" cabin was less than premier. Poor linens, it was maybe 12' from the highway, the television did not work nor any internet connection. We talked to the person who checked us in, and he moved us to a much smaller cabin where everything was supposed to work. We tried to make it work but just couldn't. The bed was smaller and uncomfortable and when we tried to take a shower in a very inadequate space the water smelled severely of sulfur. It made us sick....

“The property was perfect! The four of us were very comfortable in between Bryce Canyon and Zion hiking. The kitchen was well stocked in dishware and utensils. We cooked breakfast every morning and used the gas grill every evening. Rustic decor was so tasteful, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean. Big yard with views, deer dropped by every evening. Huge living room. The cabin was spacious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 5 nights.”
