Before arrival, I had a billing problem after re-booking at a better rate. I was incorrectly charged a cancellation fee and it took multiple calls to get it fixed. It was eventually resolved, but not a great start. On arrival, staff were mostly friendly and helpful, and parking was never an issue. ...

Very nice hotel and restaurant Beautiful views across the lake Only issue was that the hotel gets very busy with conferences and we often couldn't find parking on site. It felt unsafe walking in the dark when having to park elsewhere
